Software in this category is almost always quote-only, and the reason is rarely in your favor. We publish our rates, we tell you how they’re built, and we lock them.
How pricing works
Cost-plus and transparent — per-user, per-month, blended in the ~$25–35 range depending on module mix. Exact tiering and module packaging will be confirmed on the Founding Partner term sheet; we will not invent a fake matrix here.

What happens after the founding period
Rates glide to standard list with your permanent founding discount intact. We’ve seen what happens when vendors reprice an installed base without warning — the rate lock and permanent discount exist so that cannot happen to you by surprise.

What’s included at each tier?
Module mix and seat bands are finalized on the Founding Partner term sheet. Ask on the demo for the current draft.
How are sponsor / external users counted?
TBD — this is the most consequential CDMO pricing decision and we will publish it before asking you to sign. Options under consideration: read-only sponsor seats free, discounted, or full price.
Is there an implementation fee?
Founding partners receive implementation support from the product team. Fee structure confirmed on the term sheet.
Minimum commitment?

What happens at renewal?
You keep the founding discount permanently when we move to standard pricing; see “after the founding period” above.
